Cost Per Install (CPI)
Paying per app install within a mobile advertising campaign
Cost per install is a common type of mobile advertising pricing model where the advertiser only pays each time an app is installed from an app store. In a CPI campaign, publishers place ads across mobile apps and other forms of media in an effort to drive installs to a specific app. This puts the onus on ad networks to place the ad campaigns across apps and websites where conversions rates will be high and to the right audience.
