Discounted CPM (dCPM)

Publisher cost per mille discounted to the present

Discounted CPM is CPM (cost per mille) that publisher is paid out for renting the space in their apps. It is discounted back to the present using an interest rate so that a publisher can fairly compare two different CPMs paid out by two different ad networks at different times.
